A ministry of Cornerstone Baptist Church of Logan, our local FM radio station 106.3 “The Light” was founded by Pastor Tom Walz in 2003 to proclaim the gospel to listeners in the Hocking County area. Its sole purpose is to glorify our Lord and Savior, as it broadcasts the truth around the clock. The Word of God is the Truth that makes men free.

On this station you will find a good mixture of solid preaching and teaching relevant for the whole family. The music is a blend of Southern, Bluegrass, and Country Gospel. A few of the regular programs include the WallBuilders, David Jeremiah, Tony Evans, Adrian Rogers, James MacDonald, and Joni and Friends. Local sponsorships are featured, as well.

In 2005, Pastor Jim Walz took over the responsibilities of Radio Station Manager. He makes sure that the programs run smoothly 24-hours-a day, seven days a week. The station is a “lighthouse for the gospel of Jesus Christ.”
